Our journey started with a small plot of land, a dedicated team of farmers, and a belief that change begins with a single seed. We chose sweet potatoes as our first crop, not just because of their nutritional value but also for their ability to improve soil health by preventing erosion and enhancing microbial activity. From that moment on, every decision we made was guided by one fundamental question: How can we grow food in a way that supports both people and the planet?
